Brett
“Brett is a salt-and-peppered, world-class, top-of-the-line human being. He is a master at quiet, sly and utterly hilarious punchlines that you don't see coming. Brett is a lover of photography, music, anything with rice (brown rice, of course), and long looks in the mirror to achieve hair perfection. He is smart, charming and caring. And I am incredibly lucky to have this man as my soon-to-be husband.” — Emily
Emily
“Emily is a dream come true. She has a heart of gold, an infectious laugh and an unparalleled scarf collection. She is thoughtful, compassionate and drop-dead gorgeous. Wandering around Target, eating avocados and watching reality TV are a few of her favorite things. Nothing means more to her than family. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life building one with her.” — Brett
The Venue
We can't wait for you to experience the rustic elegance and Southern charm of Vinewood Plantation. Built in 1852, the antebellum home and its stables have been lovingly maintained over the years. The home has been featured in Southern Living magazine and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.
Ceremony
Emily always had her heart set on getting married under a big, beautiful tree. So we found one! We'll be exchanging vows beneath this ancient pecan tree at Vinewood. Known as "The Wedding Tree," it sits in front of acres of rolling pastures behind the historic plantation home.
Reception
We'll share our first meal (and dance) as newlyweds inside the recently renovated stables at Vinewood. We love the hardwood floors, harvest tables and mixed-matched vintage chairs. There's also a built-in bar, handicap-accessible restrooms and an outdoor fire pit.
Wedding Party
After Emily accepted Brett's proposal, we still had to get 12 more people to say yes. And we're so glad they did! These people mean the world to us, and we couldn't imagine our big day without them. A special thanks to all our family and friends for their love and support through the years. You are the best.
Registries
What we want most of all for our wedding is to have all our friends and family there to celebrate with us. (Really!) That said, we also enjoy kitchen appliances and throw pillows. If you would like to get us a gift, we're registered at the following stores. You can browse our wish lists online or in person. Thanks so much!
Accommodations
We'll be staying at the Wyndham Hotel in Peachtree City, and we would love for you to join us. When booking a room, tell them you are with the Austin-Roegiers wedding. We also secured an additional block of rooms at the nearby Hilton Garden Inn. Book a room there with the group discount code ARW1. Both hotels are located about 30 minutes south of the Atlanta airport.
